Internal Quality Auditing (ISO 9000)
Course Overview
Internal Quality Audits form an integral part of a Quality Management System. It is a basic requirement of the ISO 9000 standards and its management. It should be used as the companies need a pool of effectively trained auditors with hands-on auditing skills to establish, implement and maintain Quality Management Systems. This course bridges the gap between the theory and the practical by utilizing the skills acquired in an interactive Live Audit session facilitated by an experienced auditor. This interactive session would involve audit checklists, audit notes and completed Corrective Action Reports (finding, cause, corrective and verification) for actual situation and presentations.

Internal Quality Auditing (Refresher)
Course Overview
There are demanding requirements by Management and External Auditors to ensure that Internal Quality Auditors and internal audits as an improvement tool. The basis of ISO 9001 element 4.17 is that effective internal audits within a quality system ensure its continuing effectiveness and suitability for achieving stated quality objectives.
Experiences shows that internal auditors can lack consistency in the approach to auditing, verification of corrective action and understanding of compliances recorded during surveillance audits by 3rd Party registrars are related to Internal Audits. This workshop is designed to refresh the auditing skills with particular emphasis on live auditing, audit reporting using objective evidence and corrective action verification. In addition participants would be trained to relate non-compliances to the relevant clauses.

Understanding & Documenting ISO 9000
Course Overview
For organizations planning to embark on the ISO 9000 certification journey, the understanding of the ISO 9000 structure, the requirements of the elements and a user friendly documentation system is imperative. This course is designed to provide that full understanding and the usage of a practival and user friendly methodology to develop a Quality Management System. The course uses tested examples of procedures and work instructions with exercises on real documentation. Work Instructions examples would include learn and practice and developmnt of Quality Manuals, Procedures, Work Instructions, Forms, Check-list etc, etc, etc.

Enhancing Productivity - The 5S Approach
Course Overview
